Project Overview: The Region G Collaborative consists of Carter, Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark, Reynolds, Shannon, Texas, and Wright County Health Departments, which covers 7,462 square miles and serves a combined population of 135,669 in South-Central Missouri. The collaborative engaged in strategic planning efforts to implement a community health improvement plan throughout the region based on community health assessments conducted by the county health departments.
