Performance Improvement Technical Assistance Teleconference Series
NACCHO is pleased to announce a new teleconference series on LHD performance improvement. These calls are designed to respond to timely, common technical assistance (TA) requests related to accreditation, community health assessment and improvement planning processes, Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) and more! Topics may include:
Questions are always welcome. If you have a question related to performance improvement, send it to performance@naccho.org. Questions will be addressed during a teleconference or via e-mail. Calls will take place on the second Thursday of each month and will be developed based on input from the field. Calls will be archived on this website.
