2005 Profile

The 2005 National Profile of Local Health Departments Study was supported by Cooperative Agreement Number 302718 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

The Office of Rural Health Policy in the Health Resources and Services Administration provided funding to examine differences between rural and non-rural LHDs.

The National Library of Medicine’s Partners in Information Access for the Public Health Workforce provided funding for analysis of information technology and training-related questions.
