State-Based Survive and Thrive Pilot
|
Colorado, Kansas, and Wisconsin Pilot Survive and Thrive NACCHO has awarded the Colorado Association of Local Public Health Officials (CALPHO), Kansas Association of Local Health Departments (KALHD), and Wisconsin Association of Local Health Departments and Boards (WALHDAB) grants to test a state-based implementation model of the Survive and Thrive curriculum. The purpose of the state-based implementation model is to increase the number of new local health officials who are able to participate in the Survive and Thrive program. Any first-time local health official with two or less years experience from these states (Colorado, Kansas, and Wisconsin) can participate in the state-based Survive and Thrive program. If you would like to learn more about this state-based Survive and Thrive pilot program, please contact Mary Kate Allee, Senior Program Analyst, at mallee@naccho.org orĀ 202-507-4190. |
