NACCHO has released the 2014 Forces of Change survey containing new findings on the forces affecting change in our nation's local health departments (LHDs). Economic forces, health reform, and health department accreditation are among the greatest contributors to change.

The 2014 Forces of Change questionnaire was web-based, but a paper version of the survey is available.
