The National Coalition of STD Directors (NCSD) held their annual meeting in Savannah, GA in October. Presentation topics reflected the wide range of issues affecting HIV and STD programs across the country, including staffing, evaluation, performance outcome measures, surveillance, state policy to the re-emergence of congenital syphilis, Pre-exposure Prophylaxis for HIV Prevention, and adapting programs to an ever changing world (e.g. Internet Partner Services, billing and reimbursement).
