NACCHO is offering technical assistance to help a health department engage in tracking efforts at the local level.
NACCHO will provide up to 10 hours of one-on-one support to a local health department in addressing environmental health challenges/barriers relate to tracking. If you are selected, you will be asked to participate in a consultation phone call with NACCHO, where we will work together to determine your needs and identify next steps. Recipients of technical assistance will be asked to complete an evaluation of the program.
View the application here. All forms for technical assistance must be submitted no later than Friday, March 13.
If you have any questions or need assistance completing this form, please contact Tiara Smith at [email protected].
