The Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) will fund up to three state or territorial health agencies with as much as $20,000 each to participate in a capacity building project to: a) explore innovative approaches for the provision and payment of sexually transmitted disease (STD) services, and b) promote collaborations between public health and Medicaid offices. Eligibility: All states and territories in good standing with ASTHO are eligible to apply. Local health departments are not eligible but can contact their state/territorial health department to explore opportunities for partnership.
