Assessment of Local Health Department Use of Immunization Information Systems

NACCHO, with funding and support from CDC, conducted an assessment to identify and explore local health department use of Immunization Information Systems, also known as immunization registries. The purpose of the assessment was to collect information to support and promote the role of Immunization Information Systems within local health department immunization programs.
