Late-breaker abstract submissions the Integrated Foodborne Outbreak Response and Management (InFORM) Conference for epidemiology, laboratory, environmental health, and communication will be accepted starting Thursday, January 2, 2020 through Friday, January 24, 2020.

Late-Breaker Abstract Requirements
- Submit proposals for posters or single-talks.
- Abstracts should include a title, author(s), and affiliation(s).
- Abstracts should not have been presented at a national conference in the United States within the past year.
- Abstracts that do not meet format requirements will not be considered for review.
Late-Breaker Submission
Late-breaker abstracts must be submitted via the abstract portal no later than Friday, January 24, 2020 at 11:59pm ET to be considered.
Late-Breaker Abstract Notification
The author(s) for late-breaker submissions will be notified via e-mail of their abstract status by Friday, February 7, 2020.
Conference Attendance
Please ensure that one of the abstract authors will be able to travel to the conference in the event that your abstract is accepted for a late-breaker presentation. The presenting author(s) must register for the InFORM 2020 Conference. Registration and hotel lodging information is now open; please visit the InFORM 2020 Conference website for more information.
The InFORM conference will be held at the Westin Atlanta Peachtree Plaza Hotel March 9–12, 2020. This conference will be attended by public health officials involved with foodborne and enteric disease outbreak response. This includes federal, state, and local public health scientists, epidemiologists, laboratorians, environmental health specialists, and health communicators.
