Nov 17, 2016 | Amy Chang

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has resources for the public about the connection between antibiotic resistance and food safety. The resources explain how people can be infected by antibiotic-resistant bacteria through food and how to reduce the risk of infection. Access the resources at http://www.cdc.gov/foodsafety/challenges/antibiotic-resistance.html and https://www.cdc.gov/foodsafety/challenges/from-farm-to-table.html.
