CDC has released a new resource, COVID-19 Contact Tracing Training Guidance, Resources, and Sample Training Plan. The document includes a sample training plan, including training topics, that may be useful for state and local health departments to consider when preparing to train contact tracers to respond to COVID-19. The training guidance and resources are designed to be used with community health workers or volunteers with little or no experience conducting contact tracing.
