To ensure that you have every opportunity to submit abstracts for the 2022 Preparedness Summit: Reimagining Preparedness in the Era of COVID-19, we are extending the abstract submission deadline through Wednesday, October 27!
As the first and longest running national preparedness conference, the Preparedness Summit is the place for you to reenergize while gaining the knowledge, resources, and relationships necessary to prepare for and respond to public health emergencies. Don’t miss your chance to share best practices, build partnerships, advance your skillset, and take away innovative solutions and practical strategies to address the vulnerabilities in our nation’s health security system.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
The abstract submission period is open through October 27, 2021 (11:59 PM PT). The Summit Planning Committee invites public health, healthcare, disaster relief, emergency management, and other professionals nationwide to showcase and share their research findings, best practice training models, tools, or other resources that advance the field of public health and healthcare preparedness and response. The committee seeks sessions that:
- Are evidence-based;
- Highlight programs or model practices that have proven effective in building and sustaining public health and healthcare preparedness at the national, state, local, or tribal level; and
- Demonstrate tools and resources that are replicable and scalable at the national, state, local, or tribal level.
Visit the Preparedness Summit website to learn more about this year’s abstract submission categories, preview the application, and submit your abstract.
