Dear Colleague Letter: Ryan White Requirement Waivers During COVID-19

HRSA/HAB released a program letter regarding forthcoming HRSA Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) penalties and administrative requirements which may be waived, including RWHAP requirements on CARES Act funding. The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 authorizes HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau to waive some penalties and administrative requirements during the pandemic response. Additional information will be provided in the near future.
