The Preparedness Summit is the premier national conference in the field of public health and healthcare preparedness. The four-day annual event provides the only cross-disciplinary learning for the preparedness community. The Preparedness Summit delivers opportunities to connect with colleagues, share new research, and learn how to implement model practices to enhance capabilities to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters. In 2015, the event brought more than 1,800 attendees from nearly every state in the nation as well as several territories and countries.
