Engaging the Criminal Legal System to End the HIV Epidemic: New Resource from HRSA’s Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program

The Health Resources and Services Administration HIV/AIDS Bureau, which oversees the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP), convened a Technical Expert Panel earlier this year to identify barriers and facilitators in providing HIV services to people who are incarcerated. The panel explored the HIV care needs of people who are incarcerated in state prisons and local jails and the role the RWHAP can play in addressing these needs.
