The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released a new fact sheet highlighting the impact of their adolescent and school health program, titled CDC’s Adolescent and School Health Program: Protecting our Nation’s Youth from HIV, STDs and Pregnancy. The fact sheet details where CDC funding for youth HIV, STD, and pregnancy prevention goes, how funding is used, and the impact of funding, including in terms of students and schools reached and reductions in sexual risk behaviors seen among students at those schools.
