NACCHO has launched a Request for Applications (RFA), Implementing the Continuity of Care in Breastfeeding Support: A Blueprint for Communities. Eligible applicants include local health departments and community-based organizations working with oppressed communities with historically low rates of breastfeeding. NACCHO will award up to ten recipients with up to $20,000 awards to implement at least two blueprint recommendations, in collaboration with at least one community partner to advance continuity of care in their communities.
