NACCHO has partnered with the CDC Foundation to increase COVID-19 vaccination access among people with disabilities through partnerships with Centers for Independent Living (CILs). CILs provide tools, resources, and supports for integrating people with disabilities fully into their communities to promote equal opportunities, self-determination, and respect. Since 2021, NACCHO has worked with the CDC Foundation to support local health agencies with CIL partnerships by providing grant funding and developing a partnership guide.
NACCHO is seeking one (1) qualified consultant to develop marketing and communications materials highlighting the initiative and project outcomes. Selections will be made the week of February 27, 2023, and the project period will run from the date of contract execution to May 31, 2023.
