NACCHO is hosting a Health in All Policies (HiAP) webinar series for local health departments. The goal of the webinar series is to provide an open, informal space for dialogue and peer-to-peer sharing about challenges and best practices.
The webinars take place on the second Wednesday of the month, and each month has a different theme. The fourth webinar, focused on increasing health department capacity to implement HiAP initiatives, took place on Wednesday, March 13. Participants heard from local health departments working to build capacity to implement HiAP within their health department. The webinar included two short presentations followed by a discussion to address challenges participants face building capacity at the local level.
