Health in All Policies Success Stories

NACCHO released two new Health in All Policies (HiAP) success stories:

  • Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC): The goal of BHPC’s Health Equity in All Policies initiative, led by the BPHC Office of Health Equity, is to better equip city departments to address racial justice and health equity issues within their sectors.
  • Florida Department of Health in Hillsborough County (DOH-Hillsborough). The goals of DOH-Hillsborough are to increase local awareness of what creates health and to use a HiAP approach to improve community livability and the regional economy.
