Health in Justice Action Lab developed a toolkit in response to the increasing prosecution for drug-induced homicide. Since 2010, the number of people charged with drug-induced homicide (also known as drug delivery resulting in death) has more than tripled. Attorneys for criminal defendants and their families have requested aid in comprehending these situations and how to defend them. The toolbox is an effort to provide that assistance.
