On April 22 and 23, the Office of Critical Infrastructure Protection within the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response convened the Healthcare and Public Health (HPH) Government Coordinating Council (GCC). The focus of the meeting was broadening and strengthening partnerships to enhance critical infrastructure security and resilience. GCC members discussed the Emergency Prescription Assistance Program, efforts to refresh the national planning frameworks, and updates to the HPH Sector Specific Plan. The next meeting will take place in July.
