Trust for America’s Health is hosting a series of “Huddle” calls that will provide just-in-time information on improving vaccine access to homebound older adults and people with disabilities. These calls, supported by The John A. Hartford Foundation and the Cambia Health Foundation, will also provide a platform for discussion and sharing among participants. Issues to be discussed will include defining the homebound population, the importance of partnerships and collaboration to improve access, important policy and regulatory changes, transportation, and vaccine logistics, among others. Calls will be no more than 30 minutes each.
You must sign up separately for both the Wednesday and Friday calls. Once registered, you will receive a calendar invite for the four-week series. Calls will be held on Wednesdays at 4:00 pm ET and Fridays at 12:30 pm ET.
