On June 11, 2019, NACCHO and the National Center for Health, Physical Activity, and Disability (NCHPAD) co-presented a webinar on how to include people with disabilities in the Mobilizing through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) strategic framework. Attendees learned how to support disability inclusion efforts among their community health assessments and development of community health improvement plans.
