Has COVID-19 brought to light the challenges you face as a public health leader? Are you ready to invest in developing your capacity to lead through systemic challenges and complex, multi-stakeholder issues? NACCHO, with the support of CDC and HRSA, is piloting the Adaptive Leadership Academy, a seven-month program running December 2021 through June 2022 designed to help leaders identify and deal with consequential change in uncertain times. The Adaptive Leadership Academy was created in response to the unique needs of public health leaders by combining several leadership theories in an action-oriented, cohort-based curriculum.
