Join NACCHO’s Preparedness Policy Advisory Group: Be a Leader in Public Health Preparedness

Are you a passionate public health professional dedicated to strengthening community resilience and preparedness? Do you want to influence national policies and contribute to the safety and well-being of your community? If so, NACCHO invites you to join the Preparedness Policy Advisory Group (PPAG).

PPAG currently has openings for local health departments representatives from the following states:

  • Alabama
  • Alaska
  • Indiana
  • Kentucky
  • Maine
  • Mississippi
  • Nebraska
  • Oklahoma
  • Oregon
  • South Dakota
  • Texas
  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin
  • Wyoming

New members will serve a two-year term and are expected to attend monthly virtual meetings starting August 2024. Applications accepted through August 9.

Who Should Apply?

NACCHO seeks enthusiastic and knowledgeable local health department officials and who are:
