NACCHO is interested in supporting local health departments to increase funding by billing for clinical services or participating in the 340B Drug Pricing Program. This survey assesses LHD billing practices, participation in the 340B Program, and related challenges and opportunities. Please complete this survey by 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, March 31st.
