December 14 marks the one-year anniversary of the first COVID-19 vaccine administered, and CDC wants to celebrate this significant milestone with you! The week of December 13-17 various CDC meetings and communications will celebrate this milestone. CDC is asking local health departments to submit photos, videos, success stories, and personal anecdotes from responders, and/or any other content that you’d like to share to help add a personal touch to this celebration. - Photos must be approximately 640x480 pixels and file type: jpeg, png, gif, or tif
- Videos should be 30 seconds or less and mp4 or mov format
- Written submissions should be approximately 150 words in .doc (word) format
