The week of December 13-17 various CDC meetings and communications will celebrate this milestone. CDC is asking local health departments to submit photos, videos, success stories, and personal anecdotes from responders, and/or any other content that you’d like to share to help add a personal touch to this celebration. Email your submissions as an attachment to eocevent551@cdc.gov and copy preparedness@naccho.org or reach out to Jane Colacecchi (bpr0@cdc.gov) or Heidi Pfeiffer (ctk5@cdc.gov) with any specific questions.

  • Photos must be approximately 640x480 pixels and file type: jpeg, png, gif, or tif
  • Videos should be 30 seconds or less and mp4 or mov format
  • Written submissions should be approximately 150 words in .doc (word) format
