Jul 16, 2020 | Andrea Grenadier

Washington, DC, July 16, 2020 — Today, the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), the voice of the nation’s nearly 3,000 local governmental health departments, named its 2020 Promising Practice Award Winners. Promising Practices have demonstrated exciting approaches and strategies to local public health issues that are on track to becoming Model Practices, NACCHO’s highest recognition for replicable and exemplary programs. This year, 36 local health department programs have been recognized as a Promising Practice.
