New Course: Building Workforce Resilience through the Practice of Psychological First Aid

Sep 21, 2022 | Jessica Pryor

NACCHO, in partnership with the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), is pleased to share a new, free online offering, “Building Workforce Resilience through the Practice of Psychological First Aid: A Course for Leaders and Teams.”

The course, available on TRAIN and NACCHO University, offers participants the opportunity to consider and pursue strategies for supporting colleagues and team members during a disaster response as stress levels increase for workers and the demands on your organization become more urgent. The goal of this course is to help individuals cope with stress at manageable levels, making it possible for them to effectively function and build resilience with each successive event they encounter.

Access the course on TRAIN or NACCHO University.
