The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) commemorated the 31st anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by jointly publishing guidance on how “long COVID” can be a disability under the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act. The guidance is on the HHS and DOJ websites.
