NACCHO is pleased to release the 2019 Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Deployment Readiness Guide, which was developed to help MRC units manage volunteers, develop volunteer capabilities, and strengthen unit capabilities. The guide overviews the various roles MRC units could play in supporting an emergency response and outlines the skill sets and training requirements needed for MRC volunteers to perform effectively.
