The Preparedness Planning, Outcomes, and Measures (PPOM) Workgroup held its monthly call on February 28, 2017. The workgroup discussed proposed updates to the public health preparedness planning policy statement. Senior Director for Preparedness, Laura Biesiadecki, joined the call to discuss PAHPRA reauthorization and planned town halls at the 2017 Preparedness Summit in April. Workgroup members finalized selected updates to Version 8.1 of Project Public Health Ready criteria related to the CONOPs section. This update streamlines the criteria and better integrates applicable CONOPs elements into the training and workforce development goal. The next call is scheduled for March 28, 2017.
