Highlights: The Project Public Health Ready (PPHR) Review Meeting brought together 21 local public health preparedness practitioners to review 14 applications for PPHR recognition. Reviewers worked in teams of three to review two applications per team. Reviewers had been working on their reviews individually since early September and used the time at the meeting to confer with their teammates and come to consensus regarding scores, additional evidence to request from applicants, strengths, and suggestions for improvement. NACCHO staff also conducted a debrief session with reviewers during which they provided feedback to NACCHO regarding the PPHR criteria and review process.
