These three quick-reference pocket cards — one focusing on adults, one on adolescents, and one a combination on both adults & adolescents — allow healthcare providers to access essential sexual health questions and preventive service recommendations in a clear and concise format. The cards mirror the language and guidance from the NCSH’s Sexual Health & Your Patients: A Provider Guide.
