The Public Health Law Workgroup learned about the development and potential impacts of the Model Aquatic Health Code, which is in the final stages of development at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). During the November workgroup meeting, Michael Beach of the CDC joined to describe the code and the major benefits it will have for state and local governments.
