As part of ongoing work to reduce public and stakeholder burden, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) released a Request for Information (RFI) on May 1. HRSA seeks public input on changes that it could make to create a more streamlined, flexible, and less burdensome compliance and reporting structure. This RFI seeks input from entities significantly affected by HRSA regulations and policy, including State, local, and Tribal governments, healthcare providers, small businesses, consumers, non-governmental organizations, and trade associations.
The RFI seeks feedback on specific areas of select HRSA programs including: Health Centers, the Hill-Burton program, the Ryan White HIV/AIDS program (RWHAP), National Health Service Corps and NURSE Corps, health professions training programs, the National Practitioner Data Bank, and overall HRSA grants management.
**Please note that HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau has three questions included in this RFI. They are related to: core medical services waivers (Section C1), Ryan White Services Report data submission changes (Section C2), and six-month recertification (Section C3).**
