NACCHO and ASTHO are seeking a consultant, or consulting firm, to develop a suite of marketing and communications materials highlighting the Improving the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) – Getting Further Faster initiative and its awardees. The consultant will engage with 14 multi-sector coalitions/partnerships to develop communications products that showcase stories from the field, lessons learned by the coalitions/partnerships, highlight findings of the initiative and the impact of SDOH strategies that improve chronic disease conditions and advance health equity.
The selected consultant will receive an award amount of $250,000. The deadline for the submission is 5:00pm ET, Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
