HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) is seeking public input on its proposal to simplify the process for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Parts A, B, and C recipients to request a waiver of the core medical services expenditure amount requirement. A Federal Register Notice (FRN) on the proposed policy has been published to provide an opportunity for public comment on the new policy. In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 on proposed data collection projects, HAB is announcing plans to submit the Information Collection Request (ICR) pertinent to this proposed policy to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Prior to submitting the ICR to OMB, HAB is also seeking comments from the public regarding the burden estimate or any other aspect of the ICR.
Comments on the proposed policy may be submitted to [email protected]. Comments related to the ICR may be submitted to [email protected].
