With support from the CDC, NACCHO is pleased to offer a funding opportunity for a consultant to provide expert training and technical assistance (TTA) to build the health equity capacity of local health departments (LHDs) and their community partners, focusing on collective power-building, public Health narrative development, and other strategies for operationalizing health equity. Deliverables will directly support forty-nine LHD grant recipients in meeting their CDC grant objectives (as detailed here: CDC-RFA-OT21-2103), with relevance to NACCHO’s broader LHD membership.

Selections will be made on or around November 25, 2022, and the project period will run from the date of contract execution, anticipated to be December 1, 2022, to July 31, 2023.
