NACCHO is excited to release an RFP for a speaker and facilitator to lead a four-hour session at our Adaptive Leadership Academy Capstone Workshop on July 18, 2022 in Atlanta, GA during NACCHO 360. The topic under consideration is public health workforce mental health and wellbeing, during and beyond the COVID-19 Pandemic and developing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and psychological safety, including the design of meaningful and impactful conversations with staff.
The consultant will work closely with NACCHO staff to develop a workshop session that aligns with the goals of the Adaptive Leadership Academy. The scope of the project includes meeting with NACCHO staff, planning the four-hour session, creating and finalizing materials, conducting the in-person workshop, and a post-workshop debrief. Consultants should have experience with public speaking and the creation and implementation of highly interactive workshops, preferably for local health department and public health leaders and related audiences.
