NACCHO released the tentative agenda for the 2016 Roadmap to Ready workshop. Roadmap to Ready is a training and mentoring program for local health department preparedness coordinators who have been in their roles for less than two years. The Roadmap to Ready program will kick off with an all-day workshop that will take place on April 18, 2016 in conjunction with the 2016 Preparedness Summit at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas. As part of the 2016 workshop, participants will complete a series of learning modules lead by NACCHO staff, guest faculty, and program mentors. The tentative agenda is posted below. Please note that agenda times and topics may be subject to change in advance of the Summit.

There will also be optional networking event(s) and additional office hours to further assist participants with the formulation of their individual development plans during the Preparedness Summit.
