Mar 04, 2021

The HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau released a final letter outlining the requirements and penalties that are waived for FY20 & FY21. The changes aim to allow greater flexibility or administrative relief during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

The changes include both automatic and non-automatic waivers, the latter of which must be specifically requested by recipients that are unable to meet the specified provisions or funding limitations.
