One of the central themes of this year’s NACCHO 360 conference has been:
“What are the lessons we learned from COVID-19 that can help to improve the ongoing response?”
In the “Return to Schools” roundtable, Dr. Christopher K. Orlea, the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at AM Trace, asked all of the panelists what they would want to share with other attendees.
Dr. Frederik Echols, Acting Director, Health for the City of St. Louis, said that he didn’t learn enough from past lessons -- but he wants to make sure that he does this time.
We thought this question was so crucial, that we decided to ask all attendees the same question.
What are some lessons learned that you’d like to share with other local health departments? Let us know in the form below and we’ll share the results in an upcoming post.
