Technology of Participation (ToP) Strategic Planning

Highlights: This two-day training, offered by the Institute of Cultural Affairs, educated participants about how to facilitate a strategic planning process using a structured method. The course builds upon the ToP introductory course on facilitation methods, and emphasizes a planning process that is energized, productive, and inclusive. The training uses meaningful participation to develop a vision, identify barriers, pick strategic directions, and implement changes.
