Join NACCHO and CareMessage on Tuesday, June 8, 3:00-4:00 pm ET, to hear how safety net organizations throughout the country are using text messaging to execute their vaccine communication strategy for their underserved patients. This session will be focused on helping NACCHO members maximize the power of text messaging for both COVID-19 vaccine patient communication and additional clinical workflows.
Learning Objectives:
Creating patient waitlists through text message surveys and preventing vaccine waste by reaching patients via text message.
Reducing call center volume through proactive text messaging to share vaccine updates, including availability and eligibility.
Scheduling dose appointments and patient education on vaccine safety and symptoms.
CareMessage is a 501(c)3 nonprofit focused on leveraging texting to help safety net organizations reach underserved populations, especially during the evolution of COVID-19 and vaccinations. During this webinar, they will share their free, easy-to-use COVID-19 messaging platform (CMLight) designed especially to help organizations reach thousands of patients quickly and effectively.
