We will share Unity’s Don’t Wait. Vaccinate Campaign and Toolkit to support LHDs and their clinical partners to improve adolescent routine and COVID-19 immunization coverage.

Topics will include:

  1. Current Situation: Data on the COVID-19 pandemic-induced decreases in adolescent well visit and vaccine coverage rates, and insights from Unity’s multi-wave survey on COVID-19 Impact on Parent and Teen Beliefs on Adolescent Preventive Care, Routine Vaccination and COVID-19 Vaccination.
  2. Resources: Unity’s Don’t Wait. Vaccinate toolkit that includes resources for health care providers, adolescents and their families to address hesitancy and reinforce vaccine safety and efficacy, and more.

From 4:00 to 4:15 pm ET, Dr. Rachel Levine, Assistant Secretary for Health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and Mary Wall, Senior Policy Advisor, White House COVID-19 Response Team, will join the call to discuss a new initiative to encourage partnerships across local education and health leaders to host school-based COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics as part of the Back-to-School season.
