Webinar: Introducing VIRA: A Bilingual, Customizable Chatbot that Answers COVID-19 Vaccine Questions

VIRA, the Vaccine Information Resource Assistant, is a chatbot created by Johns Hopkins University and IBM Research. VIRA answers questions about COVID-19 vaccines using natural language processing and can be accessed online, through WhatsApp, or when embedded on individual websites. Join this webinar on Thursday, May 26, 3:00-4:00 PM ET to hear a discussion of the benefits that VIRA can bring to health departments nationwide: a free, credible, and informative tool that can counter misinformation, hold empathetic conversations, and improve access to information.
