[World Food Safety Day Announcement] NACCHO Virtual Sharing Session on the Retail Program Standards Clearinghouse Work Group

This World Food Safety Day (June 7), the National Association of County and City Health Officials, with the support of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), will present a webinar on the Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards (Retail Program Standards) Clearinghouse Work Group. Presenters from the FDA will discuss the role of the FDA Retail Food Specialists, the purpose of the Clearinghouse, how to navigate the Clearinghouse Questions and Answers document, and discuss the makeup the Clearinghouse Work Group.

Attendees will also hear from a regulator on their experience with using the Clearinghouse Work Group to obtain an interpretation about the implementation of the Retail Program Standards.

Participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and ask questions during a dedicated Q&A session.
